It was my first time at Mangia Bistro, along with a host of friends (16 strong). We were there for lunch. We were treated to a special buffet 😋 that included bruschetta, salad, salmon, chicken, pasta and veggies. Everything was delicious 😋. The establishment was cozy and intimate. There's a huge wine assortment. The servers were awesome and very attentive.

I loved Mangia Bistro! ❤️The atmosphere was very relaxing, the service was excellent, the waitress Elizabeth was very attentive and friendly, the food exceeded my expectations, we ordered stuffed mushrooms and baked meatballs as starters, super delicious 😋 then we ordered a calzone (I have to emphasize that the calzone is enormous, two people can easily be satisfied with it) the chicken Alfredo was super delicious 😋 and to finish our delicious dinner we ordered a creme brulee & chocolate hazelnut cake 🤤😋

This is a wonderful restaurant that is a complete surprise to find in East Plano. It is the kind of place you would expect in Legacy West. The food is absolutely superb! The service is wonderful, and the chef, Arthur came out to introduce himself and to greet us. He also owns this restaurant. Not only do they serve a great meal, it is also a great place for an event. I had Branzino and risotto, my daughter had veal, my wife had alfredo. All three were just wonderful. Be sure to order the Caprese salad it is not what you would expect. Of course there is restaurants mozzarella and tomatoes, but it is on top of a full salad! It covers the plate and comes with a house-made balsamic reduction. My wife and daughter had Tiramisu and they said it was to die for highly recommended

Absolutely love this Restaurant! Food is so amazing, great Wine, Vino, and Spirits. The desserts are amazing and made in house. Please give this Italian Restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed. My go to is the Osso Bucco, and Calamari with a glass of Reisling or Vino.

Shannon was the best, and was very attentive to our table and making sure we were okay. She made sure our drinks were stocked, and our food was to our liking. The Caesar salad was delicious and the croutons were the same. I ordered the chick diablo as I wanted a little spice, and the dish did not disappoint. Post meal, our table decided we did not have room for dessert. Shannon proceeded to thank us for eating here and brought us a slice of cake to share while we enjoyed our monthly regroup with girlfriends. Overall, I can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend. Definitely a hidden gem.

This was our first time visit to Mangia Bistro and we were impressed! For starters, we were greeted promptly, warmly, and started us w bread accompanied by an oil and garlic dip; soft and light. The calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. It came w a salad of cucumbers, lettuce, and pickled peppers. My son was given special attention. He ordered a chicken Alfredo that was to die for. The sauce was delicious. We also ordered the chicken pizza which was a nice size for 2. The blend of sauces and cheese were amazing. Chicken pizza like no other. All the food tasted as if made to order and not pre-made. The ambiance was relaxing, the service was warmly inviting. A future visit is most definitely warranted.

Absolutely amazing food! Who knew that the simplest dish a Chicken Cesar Salad could be so dang good!!! Do yourself a favor and go try this Restaurant. Just a great dining experience and it was just lunch!!!

My friends and I picked a random place to meet up and chat. And oh my goodness! This place was amazing. Everything was truly amazing. Shannon the manger was our server and she truly was the sweetest! I would come back to the place in a heart beat. Between the 3 dishes my friends and I had, I would get them again and try even more on the menu! Highly recommend ♥️

A hidden gem in Plano! We ate twice so far. We ate here for the first time last week and today we come back for the Valentines special here. Apart from the obvious reasons---awesome food, generous portion, reasonable prices, attentive and friendly services, we always feel welcome here and being treated as if we were family members. Big shout out to Arthur, Shannon, and Liz; you guys are great and please keep up the good work! We will definitely come back over and over again.

Manga Bistro is our favorite place in Texas! Food The food was amazing and delicious, each dish was unique and freshly made. Service The service was great and punctual, Arthur, the owner, got up from his dinner to greet us from the first time we walked in the door and every visit since then. Atmosphere The atmosphere is elagent and unique, the dinning area has beautiful art work along the walls and gorgeous chandeliers. Overall experience has always been great and the food is delicious without being over priced. Best way put I have paid a lot more for a lot less. Highly recommended even if you don't crave Italian food they offer sea food options as well as steak, lamb, and veil.
